Octopus arms, yes, that’s what they call me!
Saving objects in my poor tea
But you know mummy can’t be everywhere,
So please try and take a little care.
I’m, partly, glad that I can save the day,
You see, I know there’s a better way.
You can assess what actions safe to take
And I won’t have to watch for every mistake!

Retrieved! No actual objects were harmed in this incident and said tea was finished. Plus it’s a Sunday, so husband is home and I got a second cup. I was vigilant with the second!
Did not expect a blog like this! Reading it has definitely put a smile on my face! #Blogstravaganza
Glad I made you smile! Happy Sunday.
Haha, this made me giggle! Thanks so much for sharing with #Blogstravaganza xx
Absolutely love it! Big smile on my face 🙂 Glad you managed to get another cuppa though 😉 #BrilliantBlogPost
Me too. Thanks
It’s a good thing you were vigilant with the second cup, kids aim to knock that one over even more than the first since you are obviously enjoying yourself too much! #GlobalBlogging
Haha, yep she won’t let me get too comfortable.
Haha! Kids! I’m constantly on high alert of objects ending up in the toilet!

What would we do without those octopus arms right? Thanks for linking up to #globalblogging
A fantastic little ditty that just sums up our lives – thank you for the power of your poetry! #bigpinklink
Glad you got the second cup! Very cute poem and I love the little lesson at the end 🙂 #GlobalBlogging
Aw, love Sundays, when my husband is home and I, too, can get that extra cup in!! 🙂
A nice warm cup! Thanks
At least you managed to get a second cup of tea in! Lovely little rhyme #KCACOLS
Thanks
So cute. I was wondering what was in that cup. Thanks so much for linking up at #KCACOLS. Hope you come back again next Sunday
Sometimes this is EXACTLY how I feel! 🙂 #kcacols
Ha, loved this! And now I’m trying to remember if I’ve ever found random things in my tea, and I don’t think I have. My son preferred to put things in our shoes! x #KCACOLS
Shoes, seems to be something I’ll have to look out for. Thanks
This is definitely how I feel at times. I think shoes are the place my little ones have hid things. Many a dummy or toy have been found in my boots x Thanks for linking up #bigpinklink
Thanks. I’ll watch out for the shoes!
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
haha, this just put a smile on my face 🙂 #FridayFrolics
