Octopus arms, yes, that’s what they call me!
Saving objects in my poor tea
But you know mummy can’t be everywhere,
So please try and take a little care.
I’m, partly, glad that I can save the day,
You see, I know there’s a better way.
You can assess what actions safe to take
And I won’t have to watch for every mistake!

Retrieved! No actual objects were harmed in this incident and said tea was finished. Plus it’s a Sunday, so husband is home and I got a second cup. I was vigilant with the second!

Absolutely love it! Big smile on my face 🙂 Glad you managed to get another cuppa though 😉 #BrilliantBlogPost

  2. It’s a good thing you were vigilant with the second cup, kids aim to knock that one over even more than the first since you are obviously enjoying yourself too much! #GlobalBlogging

Haha! Kids! I’m constantly on high alert of objects ending up in the toilet!

  4. So cute. I was wondering what was in that cup. Thanks so much for linking up at #KCACOLS. Hope you come back again next Sunday

Ha, loved this! And now I’m trying to remember if I’ve ever found random things in my tea, and I don’t think I have. My son preferred to put things in our shoes! x #KCACOLS

  6. This is definitely how I feel at times. I think shoes are the place my little ones have hid things. Many a dummy or toy have been found in my boots x Thanks for linking up #bigpinklink
